All general site works for Refan Residential Compound – Phase Two (Zone F/H) have been completed, and the finishing works and initial handover of the project have commenced. Phase Two comprises 480 residential units across 15 buildings, covering an area of approximately 81,720 square meters, with construction works completed over a period of 24 months.
